What we collect
Two forms on this site collect personal data: the berth enquiry and the marina claim. A berth enquiry is passed to the marina you addressed it to, which is the point of sending it, and kept so it can be answered. A claim is kept while we establish who is writing. Nothing else on these pages asks for your data, and we sell none of it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and object to our keeping it. Write to the address above and we will answer.
About the marina data
Every figure is read off the operator’s own pages and carries the date it was checked. Harbours change, and a page can be out of date between checks: before you rely on a depth, a maximum length or an opening time, confirm it with the marina.
